Terms & Conditions

Returns

Once the agreed upon design is completed and has been delivered to the client with adequate satisfaction, refunds are no longer viable.

If you initiate a chargeback on your payment method instead of contacting Atomic directly, Atomic reserve the right to take the following actions:
- Regain ownership to the designs.
- Sell the files to another client.
- Not hand over files.
- Do what Atomic sees fit with the files.
In the event of an unscheduled delay, you may be eligible for a refund:
- The refund amount will increase by 5% of the total cost, daily until it reaches a maximum of 35% of the total cost after 7 days.
If the project is not yet finished and you wish to cancel, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- The amount refunded will depend on the stage of completion of the project.
- A refund will be given in the amount of half of what the remaining frames are worth.
- Only applies to User Interface orders.

Delivery

- Source files (PSD/SVGs) will only be provided if importing has not been ordered, or if you have ordered branding.
- Importing is not automatically included in orders. Depending on multiple factors, importing may be added as a free add-on. Otherwise, if necessary, it will incur an additional charge.

Revisions

- Atomic welcomes reasonable revisions within the project's agreed-upon scope to ensure your satisfaction.
- Any additional revisions beyond the original scope may require extra charges.
- No direct duplication of work will be undertaken, as it is unfair to the original creator.

Payment

100% upfront payment is required & tax or any associated fees need to be covered.
If their is a remainder of the payment that has not yet been paid and is not received within a set time frame by Atomic, the order could be cancelled.

Force Majeure

- If a delay was to occur, due to the possibility of unforeseen events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters or illness. Atomic is relieved of liability for any delays or non-performance caused by these events.
- You shall be informed promptly of when the order will continue, and an extended deadline if one was needed.

Atomic reserves the right to use completed work for advertising purposes unless explicitly expressed otherwise with a legitimate reason by the client before the commencement of work.

- Respectful and professional communication must be maintained throughout the order.

Tree Planting Initiative

- After an order has concluded, Atomic may plant a tree in your name as a token of appreaciation.
- Tree Planting is a completely free initiative aimed at giving back to clients, and the planet.
- Planting will be done through the organisation One Tree Planted, which will receive a one-time charitable donation for the purpose of planting a tree.
